Vuosijuhliin kuuluu cocktailtilaisuus, pääjuhla Turun VPK:n talolla ja jatkot. Seuraavana päivänä vietetään akateemista silliaamiaista. Lisäksi vuosijuhlia edeltävillä viikoilla järjestetään ohjelmaa niin ainejärjestön kuin biolääketieteen koulutusohjelman ja tiedekunnan juhlavuoteen liittyen.
Illalliskortti kustantaa 120 € IVAn jäseniltä ja ikijäseniltä ja 130 € ei-jäseniltä. Voit myös ostaa kannatusillalliskortin 150 €, jolla tuet juhlien järjestämistä. Illalliskorttiin sisältyy cocktail-tilaisuus, pääjuhla, jatkot ja sillis tarjoiluineen ja kuljetuksineen.

Lomake aukeaa maanantaina 11.9. klo 12.00 ja sulkeutuu sunnuntaina 17.9. klo 23.59. Jos sinulla on avec, ilmoita hänen tietonsa samaan lomakkeeseen.
Cocktail-tilaisuus järjestetään klo 16 Medisiina D:n aulassa (Kiinamyllynkatu 10, 20520 Turku) ja se on kaikille vieraille avoin. Tilaisuuteen kuuluu alkumaljat, cocktailpaloja ja kutsuvieraiden tervehdyksiä. Tilaisuudesta on kuljetus pääjuhlaan, voit myös saapua suoraan pääjuhlaan!
Pääjuhlaa vietetään klo 18:00 Turun VPK:n talolla (Eskelinkatu 5, 20100 Turku). Ohjelmassa on muun muassa kolmen ruokalajin illallinen, puheita ja ansiomerkkien jako. Illan päätteeksi on akateemiset tanssit. Jatkot ovat salaisessa jatkopaikassa ja sinne on kuljetus pääjuhlan jälkeen. Jatkoilla on ruoka- ja juomatarjoilua, omat juomat ovat myös sallittuja.
Akateeminen silliaamiainen eli sillis järjestetään seuraavana päivänä lauantaina 14. lokakuuta klo 12 alkaen. Silliksen sijainti on salainen ja sinne on yhteiskuljetukset. Sillispaikka on myös tavoitettavissa omalla kyydillä tai julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla. Silliksessä hauskanpito jatkuu ja tarjolla on palauttavaa ruokaa, juomaa ja erilaista ohjelmaa.

Cocktailtilaisuus ja iltajuhla ovat esteettömissä tiloissa, jatkopaikka ja sillis eivät ole täysin esteettömiä.

In Vitro Aboensis IVA ry celebrates its 25th anniversary with a grand annual ball on Friday 13th of October!
The annual ball includes a cocktail event, followed by the main celebration at Turku VPK building and after party. The academic herring breakfast is on the following day. In addition, the weeks preceding the annual ball have events accompanying the anniversary of our student organization and the biomedicine study programme.
The dinner card costs €120 for IVA members and €130 for non-members. If you wish, you can buy an endorsement dinner card for €150 to help with the costs of the event. The dinner card includes the cocktail event, the main celebration, the after party and the herring breakfast with transportations.

The form opens on Monday 11.9. at 12.00 and closes on 17.9.2023 23.59. If you have an avec, fill out their information to the same form.
The cocktail party will take place at 16:00 in the lobby of Medisiina D (Kiinamyllynkatu 10, 20520 Turku). The event includes a welcome toast, cocktail bites and greetings of the invited guests. The event includes transportation to the main party. You can also arrive straight to the main celebration!
The main celebration will be held at 18:00 at the Turku VPK building (Eskelinkatu 5, 20100 Turku). The program includes, among other things, a three-course dinner, speeches and the distribution of badges of honor. The main celebration ends with a ballroom dance. The after party is in a secret location and food and drinks will be served, own drinks are also allowed.
The academic herring breakfast or “sillis” will be held the next day on Saturday 14th of October from 12 o’clock onwards. The sillis is in a secret location and transportation is provided. You can also reach the sillis venue by your own e.g. with public transport. In the herring breakfast, the celebration continues and you will get some restorative food and drinks and a variety of programs.

The cocktail party and the evening party are accessible, the after party and herring breakfast venues are not fully accessible.
