TaoTao Spring Meeting

One of the bureaucratically important meetings aka Spring Meeting is approaching.
WHAT: TaoTao Spring Meeting

WHERE: TaoTao Clubroom, Publicum building, Assistentinkatu 7, 20500 Turku
The purpose of the spring meeting is to go through the activities and finances of TaoTao from 2024 to ensure everything is going as it should, and to grant exemption of liability for the board of 2024.
At the Spring meeting, we will present the annual report and the financial statement as well as the inspector’s statement. The meeting will decide the approval of the financial statement and grant the waiver of liability to the board of 2024.
Note: At the spring meeting, only TaoTao members are eligible to vote. Please join and pay your membership by April 11th, 15.45 as the eligibility to vote will be reviewed before the meeting officially begins. Membership application form: tiny.cc/taotaomembership
