Turun Anime- ja Mangaseura Senpai ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään Terrakodilla, Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 B, 20500 Turku, 20.11.2021 klo 15:00 alkaen. Terrakodin ovet aukeavat kello 14:30.
Syyskokouksessa tarkistetaan ja hyväksytään tulevan vuoden toimintasuunnitelma sekä talousarvio ja valitaan puheenjohtaja sekä hallitus vuodelle 2022.
Jokainen seuran jäsen voi asettautua ehdolle puheenjohtajaksi ja/tai hallituksen jäseneksi, joko kokouksessa tai ennakkoon kirjallisesti ilmoittautumalla seuran nykyiselle hallitukselle. Äänioikeutettuja ovat yhdistyksen varsinaisiksi jäseniksi hyväksytyt ja äänioikeus tarkistetaan ennen kokousta.

Senpai’s Autumn General Meeting will be held on Saturday November 20th starting at 15:00 at Terrakoti, Rehtorinpellonkatu 4 B, 20500 Turku. The doors will open at 14:30.
At the meeting we will review and approve next year’s operating plan and budget proposal as well as choose the next year’s association board.
All Senpai’s members can join the meeting and nominate themselves as candidates for next year’s chairman and/or board member, either at the meeting or in advance by notifying the current board. Full members that have been accepted are eligible to vote at the meeting and voting rights will be reviewed before the meeting.
